How to handle this heat wave?

I notice when its hot I am not doing my best to take care, infact eating fruit has given me a new dimension on bathroom design,

Any ideas on how to handle the heat better?

    i am always running my head under a cold shower.
    buy an empty misting bottle and sit by the fan. mist your legs and stuff. its the best.
