The Hallelujah Diet is a long-term lifestyle plan, based on God's original instructions to mankind, that emphasizes the importance of raw, living plant foods and their juices. Since the body is made up of living cells, it needs living food at the cellular level. The Hallelujah Diet is designed to maximize the amount of vital nutrients that reach the body's many cells. When the body is given the resources and conditions that it needs, it is able to maximize the built-in healing power.
The Most Harmful Foods
Meat
. . . contains white fat! The average American meat eater puts over 50 pounds of fat (cholesterol) into his or her body each year! This fat clogs the arteries, which ultimately causes the heart attacks and strokes that will kill approximately 50 percent of our population.
Meat is also the culprit in causing colon cancer, breast cancer, prostate cancer, and other forms of cancer. Cancer is responsible for 33 percent of American deaths. And meat is the primary cause of adult-onset diabetes, which kills 9 percent of our population. Meat also causes gout, arthritis, and a host of other physical problems. We are told that we need meat for protein and strength. However, we are not told that the cooking of meat changes the molecular structure of the protein and renders the protein in meat unusable by the body.
If we look to nature, we will find that there is not a single animal in the wild that cooks the flesh it eats! More than twenty-five years of research has revealed meat, as it is produced today, to be the single most dangerous food that we put into our body. I have not eaten any meat for over twenty-five years.
Dairy
. . . is the second most dangerous substance we can put into our bodies for many of the same reasons. We are told milk is the perfect food and needed for calcium. But we are not told that the pasteurizing of milk (heating it to temperatures of 160 degrees or higher) changes the calcium to an inorganic form, which cannot be assimilated by the body. In nature no animal pasteurizes its milk . . . and no animal drinks the milk of another species, nor does it ever drink milk after the age of weaning. The only source of bad cholesterol (LDL) is animal products! Animal products are not good food!
Salt
. . . is another white substance that creates untold physical problems and suffering. The body needs sodium, but it must be in an organic form in order to be usable by the body. Table salt, sodium chloride, is an inorganic sodium compound formed by the union of sodium and chlorine that is extremely toxic to the body. This toxicity causes the body to retain fluid in an effort to keep this protoplasmic poison in suspension and out of the cells.
Sugar
. . . is the fourth white substance creating our physical problems. Sugar is so changed and concentrated from its original plant form . . . that it is actually a drug! Just 10 teaspoons (approximately the amount found in one soft drink) will immobilize the immune system by about 33 percent. Approximately 30 teaspoons of sugar will shut down the immune system for a whole day.
White Flour
. . . has had all the good substances (bran and germ) removed during processing. Then it is bleached, sometimes with a bleaching agent similar to Clorox. Finally, some coal-tar-derived (carcinogenic) vitamins are added, and it is sold to the unsuspecting public as "enriched." White flour is not good food . . . in fact it is hazardous to your health!
Drugs
In addition to these five white substances, we must also consider the impact of drugs on our bodies. Most people are aware of how dangerous alcohol and nicotine are to the body, but they fail to realize that the caffeine in coffee, tea, and soft drinks is also an extremely dangerous substance. Caffeine is called a stimulant because it excites all of the nerve endings in an effort to rid the body of this poisonous substance.
If a person drinks over two or three cups of coffee a day on a regular basis, they will usually develop severe drug withdrawal headaches if they suddenly stop drinking it. Alcohol, nicotine, and caffeine are dangerous drugs!

We seem to understand and respect the automobile engine, designed and made by man, better than we understand and respect the human body designed and made by God/Universal Spirit (UvS)
Well, God/UvS created man, and designed man to run on only one kind of fuel . . . RAW FOOD!!!
Man's body is a living organism, made of living cells, which require living food in order to be properly nourished and function well. When we put cooked food into our body, loaded with contaminants, the body starts to break down.
It begins in the very young with colic, rashes, colds, earaches, upset stomachs, swollen glands and tonsils. As the child grows older, there may be tooth decay, pimples, the need for eye glasses, etc. Then as we enter adult life there is arthritis, hypoglycemia, heart attacks, strokes, diabetes and cancers. All this and a multitude of other diseases are unnecessary and are nothing but the result of improper diet and lifestyle!
Those who profit from sickness have led us to believe these physical problems are natural, and that when we get sick we are just the innocent victims of some bacterium, germ or virus, or that we inherited these problems.
They then tell us that the human body is a complex organism that only they can understand, so we must trust them and their expensive drugs, radiation, and surgery as our only hope for alleviating these problems. Yet their track record is horrible.
We see people getting sicker and sicker. But Americans, have accepted their teachings hook, line, and sinker while the state of health in America continues to decline, and the cost of this so-called health care continues to escalate. The cost for "Health Care" in America for 2000 is projected to be over $3,000,000,000,000 (three trillion dollars)! -

Hallelujah!...i
Without realizing it, man has stepped into the arena in defiance of God and changed natural raw food made by God into a man-made, artificial, non-living, processed product we call "food."
Look at animals in nature and you will see they too have heart, lungs, kidneys, blood, flesh, bones, brain and so on, yet they are properly nourished and thrive on simple, raw foods provided by nature.
The cow, horse, and elephant eat grass or leaf and turn that raw material into everything they need to build and maintain a healthy, strong body. Yet man thinks he must improve on the way God made raw food.
All food as found in nature is RAW, and consists of the same basic three elements: (1) naturally distilled water, (2) roughage or fiber, and (3) nutrients. The purest water known to man is found in raw fruits and vegetables, and water constitutes approximately 70% of our body. Roughage is necessary to keep the colon clean and functioning properly, while the lack of it causes constipation.
Nutrients make up the smallest part of plant life, but when received into our body in raw natural form provide all we need to be properly nourished. This is just as true in man as with the rest of the animal kingdom.
All edible raw plants consist of almost the same elements, differing only in proportions, color, and taste. All plant and animal life is but an ongoing exchange and circulation of atoms.
The seed sprouts, sends forth a shoot, develops branches and leaves, and ultimately bears the fruit (or vegetable). Then it is consumed by an animal or human and becomes skin, heart, liver, blood, etc., which eventually returns to the ground. It is an ongoing cycle that is repeated over and over again and has been since creation. But for this cycle to be complete and function properly, things must be in a raw, living form.
A scientist tries to analyze the nutrients, and tells us how many milligrams of each vitamin we need or how many grams of protein we need daily to be properly nourished. Then he takes these nutrients out of the natural foods or concocts similar nutrients artificially and sells them to us as vitamin, mineral or protein supplements. Then he tells us we need to take these manufactured, unnatural products in order to be properly nourished. -

JESUS (Yeshua) SAY'S
www.goveg.com/naturalhumandiet.asp
And Jesus continued: 'Those shalt not kill.' But their heart was hardened and they killed. Then Moses desired that at least they should not kill men, yet, they killed men and beasts likewise.
But I do say to you: Kill neither men, nor beasts, nor yet the food which goes into your mouth. For if you eat living food, the same will quicken you, but if you kill your food, the dead food will kill you also. For life comes only from life, and from death comes always death.
For everything which kills your foods, kills your bodies also. And everything which kills your bodies kills your souls also. And your bodies become what your foods are, even as your spirits, likewise, become what your thoughts are.
Therefore, eat not anything which fire, or frost, or water has destroyed. For burned, frozen and rotted foods will burn, freeze and rot your body also. -

Even moneys knows you don’t eat meat
pubpages.unh.edu/~jel/512/..._Lucy.html
Humans evolved beyond their vegetarian roots and became meat-eaters at the dawn of the genus Homo, around 2.5 million years ago (White age), according to a study of our ancestors' teeth.
michaelbluejay.com/veg/natural.html VERY GOOD!!!
The human digestive system, tooth and jaw structure, and bodily functions are completely different from carnivorous animals.
As in the case of the anthropoid ape, the human digestive system is twelve times the length of the body; our skin has millions of tiny pores to evaporate water and cool the body by sweating; we drink water by suction like all other vegetarian animals; our tooth and jaw structure is vegetarian; and our saliva is alkaline and contains ptyalin for predigestion of grains.
Human beings clearly are not carnivores by physiology -- our anatomy and digestive system show that we must have evolved for millions of years living on fruits, nuts, grains, and vegetables. -

"The human body was not designed to catch or eat animals. You have no claws. Your teeth do not rend flesh. Your mouth can not seriously wound nor is it made to really get a good bite into an struggling victim like true carnivores can. You are not fit to run fast to catch prey. Meat-eaters have fast enough reflexes to ambush or overtake a victim. You do not. Try catching a pig or a chicken with your bare hands; see what happens."
Just because you can digest animals does not mean you are supposed to. You can digest cardboard. That does not mean you should eat it. And it also does not mean that you digest it well.
Our closest relatives are primates. Very few eat animals, and those who do typically stick to things like insects, not cows and pigs. Jane Goodall, famous for her extensive study of apes while living with them, found that it was very rare for the primates she saw to eat other animals. And though they do it occasionally, it helps to have some perspective:
Eating meat is not natural in the sense that other animals do it as well. In fact, it is even done on occasion by our closest living relatives, the chimpanzees. However, there are many other things which are also natural. For example, chimpanzee males sometimes rape the females in their tribe. Chimpanzees sometimes engage in organized warfare against other tribes with which they compete for territory. A chimpanzee male, in a moment of rage, sometimes picks up a nearby infant, and crushes his skull against a rock. And chimpanzees do on occasion eat meat, and they do on occasion engage in cannibalism, in spite of the fact that there is a plentiful supply of food from other sources.
So eating meat is indeed absolutely not natural. However, the fact that it could be natural does not imply that it is ethically permissible. If we believed that eating meat was ethically permissible simply because other animals did it as well, then this would imply that there is nothing wrong with rape, cannibalism, or infanticide, all of which routinely occurs throughout the animal kingdom. Even though you don't want to acknowledge it
the scene behind a serving of factory farm meat: an animal stuffed into a tiny cage, living in its own excrement (which is then flushed into a nearby stream), pumped with antibiotics and hormones, slaughtered by a poorly paid worker in a factory notorious for on-the-job injuries, doused in a chemical bath, and then shipped to a faraway supermarket or fast-food restaurant, it affects your health, environment, and the social fabric of the planet.
Studies of native populations by Dr. Weston Price and Dr. Francis Pottenger, including the Inuits of Alaska, the Swiss of the Loetschental Valley, Native Americans, Africans, and South Sea islanders. All these populations--which lived on fresh fruits and vegetables, grains, wild game and fish or healthy, free-roaming animals, and, in some cases, fresh, unprocessed dairy products--were and are impressive for their strong, healthy bodies, straight, perfect teeth, and freedom from the degenerative diseases plaguing us nowadays in the West.
These native diets have in common food that is fresh (or preserved naturally, whether smoked, dried, or pickled); it is grown locally and organically, in season; and it is cooked by traditional methods.
While we've come to expect all foods to be available year round, the costs of this is staggeringly high. Consider heavy chemical use on distant megafarms, the nutrition and taste lost during long-distance travel, and the amount of fuel burned along the way.
When people choose organic local foods and avoid mass-produced and fast foods, they are voting for a sustainable future and against a system that destroys human health, local communities, traditional ways of life, and the environment.
Marketers now receive 67% of profits in the food business while farmers receive 9%.
We can re-create the world three times a day. We can responsibly shape a different future for our children, for farm-workers, the landscape, wildlife, villages around the world, and genetic diversity. Being responsible also means better health and better-tasting food you can enjoy with a greater sense of joy. Though we're loading up on calories, we're starved for ritual, leisure and pleasure.
For humans, the problem is severe because cooked food is so lifeless, dehydrated, and damaging. All degenerative conditions are caused by a superabundance of unnatural constituents and/or a deficiency of natural foods. These disorders develop slowly and silently. If the disease has not entered its final stages, and the organs are still operating, people regard themselves as "healthy."
The fear of microbes has so frightened people that, to escape them, they have made the fatal mistake of cooking raw food and the unrestrained ingestion of laboratory-invented chemicals in order to avoid these microbes. Microbes are found everywhere; they will always exist. They can enter the human body through a multiplicity of channels. By consuming cooked food, people weaken the bacterial resistance of their cells.
They burn the natural antibiotics that are developed by Nature to control harmful microbes. A raw food eater has no fear of bacteria, germs, or viruses, because natural forces protect him against them. Microbes cannot harm the fully developed and specialized cells. They spread their ravages on the weak, delicate, "civilized" cells. Your safest bet is to follow some of the basic dietary principles shared by many healthy native populations. -

Remember…
All cellular activity is initiated by enzymes. Enzymes break down toxic substances so that the body can eliminate them without damaging the eliminative organs. As you can see, it is important that we preserve our body's enzyme levels in order to have good health.
Remember that all cooked food is dead food. This is because the life force, the enzymes, have been destroyed by the heat. At 129º F, all enzymes are destroyed. this means that any foods that are canned, pasteurized, baked, roasted, steamed, stewed, fried, boxed or generally processed in any way has no live enzymes and thus no life to give you. "Nature has placed enzymes in food to aid in the digestive process instead of forcing the enzymes secreted in our bodies to do all the work. By eating most of our food cooke, our digestive systems have to produce all of the enzymes, resulting in the body drawing on its reserve from all organs and tissues, causing a deficit in the metabolic enzymes."
I eat no meat, no dairy, no sugar and no white flour products…
My diet is usually raw until the conclusion of the day, with my only cooked food -- if any at all -- coming at the end of the evening meal.
The reason one should maintain at least a 75- to 85-percent ratio of raw foods is that when food is cooked, almost all its nutritional value is destroyed. All enzymes are destroyed by cooking. Approximately 83 percent of all vitamins are destroyed by cooking and the heat changes protein into a form that cannot be assimilated. Cooking also reduces the organic minerals our body needs into an inorganic, unusable form.
In addition to diet, a lifestyle that includes exercise is an essential element to healthy living. I almost always do stretching exercises, deep breathing exercises and at least an hour of aerobic exercise each day. This diet and lifestyle has sustained me in perfect health with high energy... -

The Human "Omnivore": a mythological beast
One of the most ridiculous and persistent false claims made by armchair nutritionists, meatarian propagandists, and even academics, who really should know better, is that the human species is an "omnivore"; that is, it should eat both plant and animal matter.
